The breakfast was free, the location was good. We could have lunch in sun marpoh restaurant set within 500 metres. The parking was on-site and convenient:)))

I booked standard room. The room is quite comfy, not too small, just ok. The breakfast is quite nice. Overall, it's ok, except the water heater in my room is not working.
It's a bit noisy when people passes by your room especially in late hour.

Hotel room smells like cigarette smoke. No sound proofing. Walls are not thick. Can easily hear people walking and talking at the aisle and rooms next door. Rooms are small.

The room is small which equip with low cost and low standard furniture, bad odour pillow and bed sheet. Water heater doesn't work... Sound proof is not good. Rm50 extra surcharge for weekend and only porridge or sandwich are provided as special breakfast.

What's there to like? The booking stated that the cost included breakfast. Ammentities included Wifi in the rooms. When we got there, we were told the wifi in the rooms were down. After 2 night, the problem was still not resolved. There was no breakfast as the kitchen was under renovation. We were not even told when checking in, only when we asked for wifi password and breakfast timing. Despite that, no rebates were given. The hotel is a cheap 2 star hotel renovated to look like a 3 star at best. Furnishing was still old and deteriorating. Rooms were small, TV was a small 14" CRT TV, cable TV only has AXN and ESPN. Air con was not cool enough. The location is so far from city centre, when we called cabs to come and bring us to Medan Kitt bus terminal, no cab would come to the hotel. I have stayed similar rooms in Malaysia for less. Don't waste your money or time in this hotel.

Near Town Area, convenience in and out
Whatever promising in the advertisement did not fulfilled or materialized. For an example, (1) registered that the room came with breakfast, but when approach - not given, the answer offer by the front desk is the cafeteria is under renovation and the internet was not updated. No discount or refund offered (2) The room rate registered is rm119.00 (Normal rate) per day all inclusive including breakfast, but the invoice received is rm89.00 (Normal rate) with rm50.00 Surcharge. (Feel cheated at the check out date; Not an issue if we are told upfront). (3) The room is so small and a bit smelly, what more is that it is even without even a fridge and the heater tap is broken! (4) The management and security control is bad. You can hear loud noice along the corridor that disturbing your rest!
